Please use the following criteria for submitting Airmen or Junior NCOs:

S - Sharp in Uniform

H - Honors Military Customs & Courtesies

A - Aspires To Do Their Best

R - Responsible

P - Professional On and Off Duty

- Use point paper or talking paper format (short, bullet statements and key points).

- Cite specific facts, achievements, accomplishments or examples that show
the nominee is exceptional.

- Facts, achievements, accomplishments or examples must be limited to the period between the first and last day of the month i.e. 1-31 May).

- Nominations must be submitted to the Chiefs' Group Executive Board by the 2nd Wednesday of the each month (i.e. June nominations must be submitted
on or before 2nd Wednesday in July).

- Limit the nomination to no more than 8 lines.
- Only one nomination per squadron.
